Healthcare Consent Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Healthcare Consent Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the consent management process by engaging with medical proxies and families to gather consent for patient services
• Manage and centralize consent input sources while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare reports on consent activity and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding consent requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare coordination or patient services is highly preferred
• Proficiency with computers, apps, and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices
