Healthcare Consent Coordinator

Job Summary

Healthcare Consent Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for managing the consent process for patient onboarding, engaging with medical proxies and families, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for external facilities and proxies to gather patient consent
• Manage and centralize consent input sources while ensuring data accuracy
• Prepare reports on consent activity and maintain the opt-out list in coordination with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare coordination or patient services is highly preferred
• Proficiency with computers and applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices
