Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on healthcare delivery optimization and direct contracting strategies
• Conduct health center data analysis and develop strategic recommendations
• Design and manage end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor evaluations and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or employer health strategy
• Deep understanding of self-funded health plans and healthcare cost drivers
• Experience with RFP development and vendor evaluations
• Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization
