Key Responsibilities

• Lead the problem-solving process and manage engagement teams, overseeing analysis and deliverables
• Apply thought leadership to generate actionable strategic insights and develop new frameworks for clients
• Build and maintain client relationships while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Prior management consulting experience, particularly with academic medical center clients
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic initiatives with healthcare providers
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a consulting environment
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for improving healthcare delivery
