Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Staff I Consultant, the candidate will manage client interactions, lead project teams, and contribute to deliverables in a dynamic healthcare consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of client organizations and conducts analyses to identify market trends impacting business operations
• Actively participates in project teams, leading tasks and providing feedback on deliverables and individual performance
• Develops effective presentations and facilitates client and internal team meetings while adhering to project timelines

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of business processes and operations within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
