Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Director to lead advisory engagements focused on strategic and technology assessments for Health Plan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements to assess current operations and define future state roadmaps for transformation
• Leverage technology to optimize core administrative functions and improve operational efficiency
• Conduct financial assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop business cases for operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Consulting Leadership role within the Health Plan sector
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite leadership and stakeholders
• Experience in creating technology roadmaps and selecting appropriate technology platforms
• Knowledge of profitability management and experience in outcome-based pricing models
• Experience in structuring solutions for large transformational deals and managing team performance
