Job Summary
Working remotely, the Healthcare Contact Center Agent will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with team members while adhering to service level agreements and production targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
- Update account history, follow up with clients, and ensure inquiries are resolved
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer service processes and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve client inquiries
- Ability to understand team dynamics and consult appropriate stakeholders
