Job Summary
To support healthcare clients, the remote Healthcare Contact Center Agent will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, solve problems, and ensure adherence to service level agreements while working a designated 8.5-hour shift Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
- Update account history, follow up with clients, and ensure inquiries are resolved
- Collaborate with team members and management to efficiently process client inquiries and recommend workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills for effective resolution of inquiries
- Emphasis on professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to identify the correct stakeholders to consult for resolving client inquiries
