Job Summary
To support clients in delivering better health outcomes, the remote Healthcare Contact Center Agent will provide knowledgeable responses to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
- Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm inquiries are addressed
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and meet production targets
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
- Knowledge of basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
- Ability to communicate professionally in both written and oral formats
- Understanding of team dynamics and stakeholder consultation for inquiry resolution
