Healthcare Content Management Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Healthcare Content Management Consultant, this role focuses on developing and maintaining healthcare terminology products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality content solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to maintain high-quality proprietary content and terminology products, including mappings between medical code sets
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to refine processes and improve product effectiveness
• Train and mentor team members on terminology projects while responding to customer inquiries regarding product content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining healthcare terminology products
• 7+ years of experience working with medical terminology, preferably using Health Language data models
• Certification in CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P, or RHIT/RHIA, or a clinical background in nursing, medical, laboratory, or pharmacy
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
