Healthcare Contract Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing health tech startup, the full-time Healthcare Contract Architect will manage the creation of machine-readable files, analyze healthcare contract data, and collaborate with customers and product teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation of machine-readable files for hospital and health system customers
• Leverage knowledge of contract pricing mechanisms to assist customers in analyzing payer-provider contracts
• Provide comprehensive analytics support and engage with customers to gather technical feedback and insights

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare consulting in a technical/analytical role
• In-depth knowledge of payer-provider contracting and hospital revenue cycle
• Strong SQL skills; experience with other analytical languages and BI tools is a plus
• High standard for quality assurance in work products
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
