Healthcare Contracting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, National Ancillary Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of contracting strategies and manage contracts with healthcare providers
• Negotiate Single Case Agreements and Independent Dispute Resolution cases
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of provider contracts and collaborate with the provider services team

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting
• 2+ years of experience in provider network strategy development and contract negotiation
• 1+ year of experience in financial analysis related to markets or product lines
• 1+ year of experience with large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
