Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Contracting Specialist to support its network of behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with insurance payers and partner organizations
• Maintain organized contract records and ensure timely updates, renewals, and amendments
• Monitor contract compliance with state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare contracting or related areas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health strongly preferred
• Experience working with managed care organizations and behavioral health reimbursement models required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare contracting and regulatory requirements
