Healthcare Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Contracting Specialist to support its network of behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with insurance payers and partner organizations
• Maintain organized contract records and ensure timely updates, renewals, and amendments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are properly implemented and monitor compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare contracting or administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health strongly preferred
• Experience with managed care organizations and behavioral health reimbursement models required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare contracting and regulatory requirements
