Healthcare Contracts Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Healthcare Contracts Attorney will manage partner agreement reviews, oversee NDAs and vendor agreements, and provide healthcare regulatory guidance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end review, negotiation, and closing of complex partner agreements while building and maintaining the partner agreement playbook
• Manage the full volume of NDAs, vendor agreements, and consulting agreements, ensuring a fast and efficient process
• Identify and advise on healthcare regulatory risks, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute issues, while serving as the primary legal contact for cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5-9 years of legal experience focused on healthcare transactional work, preferably with in-house experience at a health tech or virtual care company
• Deep familiarity with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA as they apply to commercial agreements
• Proven ability to manage large contract volumes independently while maintaining organization and efficiency
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts in plain language to non-lawyers
• Judgment to escalate issues appropriately and the ability to build and maintain process infrastructure for legal agreements
