Healthcare Contracts Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Contracts Counsel, this full-time remote position will manage the negotiation and execution of complex vendor and payer-side agreements while providing strategic compliance advice to healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and execution of various external client contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Provide compliance advice related to market access and pricing issues for Medicaid and Medicare
• Review and draft a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on healthcare contracting and vendor management
• Strong background in managed care and payer-side contract negotiation
• Knowledge of privacy regulations, including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience advising on legal issues related to advertising and promotion in healthcare
