Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller / Senior Accountant who will oversee financial operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and maintain accurate general ledgers across six entities
• Oversee bill pay processes, vendor relationships, and monitor expenses for cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with multi-state tax regulations and assist in developing financial reporting and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably at the Controller or Senior Accountant level
• Strong experience with accrual-based accounting, P&L, and balance sheets
• Experience managing multiple entities and payroll compliance across multiple states
• Prior experience in healthcare and CPA or CPA-track candidate preferred
