Healthcare Controller

Job Summary

To build and lead the accounting function for a rapidly growing healthcare MSO, the full-time Controller will establish a scalable accounting infrastructure, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring integrity of financial reporting
• Oversee revenue recognition and accounts receivable accounting in an insurance-driven environment
• Design scalable accounting processes, establish internal controls, and support audit readiness

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of healthcare accounting experience
• Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience
• Strong technical accounting foundation in healthcare revenue recognition
• Experience in high-volume, scaling environments
• Ability to build processes from the ground up
