Passionate about healthcare messaging, the fully remote Copy Supervisor will lead the development of strategic, compliant copy across various platforms, mentor junior writers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of brand messaging by developing high-quality, strategic copy
• Write and refine persuasive content that translates complex scientific data for HCP and patient audiences
• Mentor and develop junior copywriters, providing feedback and training to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a pharma copywriter with expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in messaging and content creation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior writers effectively
• Experience collaborating with creative and medical teams to achieve brand goals
• Ability to present and defend creative work to various stakeholders
