Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Healthcare Copywriter RFP Specialist will oversee the proposal development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs, while operating remotely from Dallas or the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire proposal development process, ensuring proposals are tailored to client requirements and highlight unique selling points
• Draft, edit, and format proposals for clarity and professionalism, while maintaining an organized repository of all proposal documents
• Conduct market research to enhance proposal content relevance and track success rates to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in healthcare industry RFPs, preferably with medical devices, or B2B content writing
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Google Suite and proposal management software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback
• Strong research skills to gather relevant insights from various sources
