Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws
• Research and monitor changes in federal and state healthcare laws and regulations
• Provide legal guidance and training to clinical and corporate staff on healthcare-related laws

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Five years of legal experience, with at least three years in healthcare
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with telehealth laws and the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act is preferred
