Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Healthcare (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, focusing on clinical services and vendor contracts
• Prepare and negotiate contracts for clinician engagement in providing clinical services
• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory compliance, data security, and assist with corporate policy development

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Licensed to practice law in one or more states
• 5+ years of in-house or law firm experience in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-related agreements
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including Stark and Anti-Kickback Statutes and HIPAA
