Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel, Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Counsel on day-to-day legal matters across a multi-facility post-acute care operation
• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor, service, and facility-related agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on healthcare regulatory, compliance, and operational issues

Qualifications

• U.S.-based attorney (active bar membership in good standing required)
• 3-5 years of legal experience with exposure to healthcare law
• In-house experience strongly preferred
• Law firm experience in healthcare, regulatory, or compliance practices will be considered
• Familiarity with skilled nursing, post-acute care, or CMS-regulated environments is a strong plus
