Healthcare Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Healthcare (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts related to clinical services and vendor procurement
• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulatory compliance, including Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and other relevant laws
• Assist in developing corporate policies and provide legal support across various departments, including compliance and clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• Licensed to practice law in one or more states
• 5+ years of experience in-house or at a law firm, specifically in the healthcare industry
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-related agreements
• Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and fraud and abuse laws
