Key responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, editing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements across various business lines
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate legal risks and opportunities related to healthcare, biotech, and life sciences projects
- Support general legal work in areas such as intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- JD Degree
- 4+ years of relevant healthcare transactional experience at an established law firm or in-house role
- Strong familiarity with healthcare regulatory environment, including HIPAA and data privacy regulations
- Current bar membership in at least one state
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with impeccable judgment in evaluating legal risks
