Healthcare Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare services organization, the full-time Healthcare Counsel - Licensed Attorney will review and negotiate commercial agreements while advising on Corporate Practice of Medicine matters across the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts
• Advise on Corporate Practice of Medicine issues, including physician practice structures and multi-state regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on operational matters and identify legal risks

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Approximately 5-10+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm with a strong healthcare practice
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Practice of Medicine and experience with physician practice structures
• Experience supporting healthcare providers or organizations is highly preferred
