Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Credentialing Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
• Develop and implement an effective training curriculum
• Create and update training materials such as presentations and video modules

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in training and documenting training programs
• Knowledge of US healthcare and familiarity with the credentialing process
• Proven coaching abilities and experience in training large batches
• Experience in creating training content and process SOPs
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management skills
