Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls, schedule patient appointments across multiple specialties, and maintain patient information while delivering excellent customer service during the 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST shift.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and recommend physicians based on individual criteria for over 500 providers
- Obtain, verify, and update patient information while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to protocols
- Achieve departmental call standards, maintaining high call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate/GED required
- 1+ year of healthcare experience required
- EPIC system experience preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
