Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls, schedule patient appointments across multiple specialties, and maintain patient information while delivering excellent customer service during the 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST shift.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and recommend physicians based on individual criteria for over 500 providers
  • Obtain, verify, and update patient information while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to protocols
  • Achieve departmental call standards, maintaining high call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate/GED required
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience required
  • EPIC system experience preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
