Job Summary

Scheduling patient appointments in a multi-specialty environment, the full-time Healthcare Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and maintain patient information while working remotely in New Jersey during the 11:30am - 8:00pm EST shift.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments while adhering to department standards and provider protocols
  • Verify and update patient information, including demographics and insurance details, while ensuring confidentiality
  • Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction targets as established by departmental goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate/GED required
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience required
  • Experience with the EPIC system preferred
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office technology required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
