Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Tier 2 Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone or email
  • Research and resolve customer problems and errors, including issues related to fraud support and internet operations
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically three to four years of directly related work experience
  • Must successfully complete specialized skill training in the specialty skills associated with senior-level roles
  • Experience with Healthcare Payment Technology and Merchant Credit Card Devices is highly preferred
  • Internal preferred experience in Merchant Payment Services and troubleshooting credit card devices
