Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist - Tier 2 Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone or email
- Research and resolve customer problems and errors, including issues related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three to four years of directly related work experience
- Must successfully complete specialized skill training in the specialty skills associated with senior-level roles
- Experience with Healthcare Payment Technology and Merchant Credit Card Devices is highly preferred
- Internal preferred experience in Merchant Payment Services and troubleshooting credit card devices
