Job Summary
To support customers in a fast-paced call center environment, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Advocate will manage inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing while providing assistance with digital tools, all in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding plan information, claims questions, and billing inquiries
- Provide first-level issue resolution by researching accounts and confirming accuracy
- Document interactions accurately and provide basic technical support for online portals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong PC navigation and data entry skills across multiple applications
- Empathy and ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
