Job Summary

To support customers in a fast-paced call center environment, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Advocate will handle inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing while providing first-level issue resolution and basic technical support remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding plan information, claims, eligibility, and billing inquiries
  • Provide first-level issue resolution by researching accounts and documenting interactions accurately
  • Assist customers with digital tools and prioritize tasks while meeting quality and performance goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Strong empathy and ability to build trust quickly with customers
  • Proficient in PC navigation and data entry across multiple applications
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
