Job Summary
To support customers in a fast-paced call center environment, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Advocate will handle inquiries related to benefits, claims, eligibility, and billing while providing first-level issue resolution and basic technical support remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding plan information, claims, eligibility, and billing inquiries
- Provide first-level issue resolution by researching accounts and documenting interactions accurately
- Assist customers with digital tools and prioritize tasks while meeting quality and performance goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong empathy and ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Proficient in PC navigation and data entry across multiple applications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
