Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Healthcare Customer Service Lead will oversee patient inquiries, billing support, and early-out account services while coaching staff to meet quality and productivity goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a customer service team to achieve performance targets
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular one-on-one meetings
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and resolve operational issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- 2-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
