Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Phone Intake (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services
  • Handle approximately 60-65 incoming calls daily, collecting clinical and demographic information
  • Enter collected information into the CareCentrix portal and comply with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry with knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Basic PC skills and internet navigation abilities
