Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Phone Intake (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services
- Handle approximately 60-65 incoming calls daily, collecting clinical and demographic information
- Enter collected information into the CareCentrix portal and comply with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry with knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
- Basic PC skills and internet navigation abilities
