Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep to provide support to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and healthcare assessments
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
- Conduct surveys and outreach to enhance patient healthcare experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide dual monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
