Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Advisor to provide quality customer service in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve and document provider/client requests in the tracking system according to established guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries through online customer service tools, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences
  • Meet or exceed established standards for quality, productivity, and service levels while promoting a cooperative team-oriented attitude
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is desired
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
  • Experience using software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office Suites
