Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling appointments and conducting surveys
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information while ensuring a positive healthcare experience
• Engage in outreach to assess healthcare needs and provide support to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
