Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and surveys
  • Assist patients with healthcare decisions and benefits information
  • Conduct outreach for preventative health screenings and high-risk assessments


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook/Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
  • Minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
