Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and surveys
- Assist patients with healthcare decisions and benefits information
- Conduct outreach for preventative health screenings and high-risk assessments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook/Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
- Minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
