Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and educate patients about healthcare needs and programs through outbound calls
- Build rapport and present the healthcare program's value to members effectively
- Identify and resolve customer issues while providing exceptional service and support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
