- Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
- Process payments and update patient demographics
- Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
- Ability to interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Self-managed with the ability to use multiple programs simultaneously
