Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with patients and customers to discuss healthcare needs and benefits
  • Build rapport and present the value of healthcare programs to members
  • Resolve customer concerns and help members set and achieve healthcare goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
