Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for appointment scheduling and health assessments
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
  • Conduct surveys via outbound calls to gather patient feedback
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
