Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote KS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to client questions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Resolve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm inquiries are resolved
  • Adhere to client SLAs, meet production targets, and collaborate with team members to address client inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Proficiency with basic help desk tools, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Payment processing experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
