- Gather information, perform research, and resolve customer inquiries
- Assist in planning and implementing department goals and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree from an accredited institution
- Two to five years of industry experience in medical revenue cycle management preferred
- Medical experience or knowledge of the medical revenue cycle is needed
- Spanish fluency is preferable
- Proven PC proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications
