Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medical collections and respond to telephone inquiries
  • Gather information, perform research, and resolve customer inquiries
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals and improve efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree from an accredited institution
  • Two to five years of industry experience in medical revenue cycle management preferred
  • Medical experience or knowledge of the medical revenue cycle is needed
  • Spanish fluency is preferable
  • Proven PC proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications
