Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information while providing empathetic support
  • Enhance patient healthcare experiences through proactive outreach and communication


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
