Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily regarding billing, payments, medical claims, and coverage
  • Gather information, research account details, and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and support department initiatives for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and medical terminology preferred
  • Proven experience working with multiple systems and databases in a fast-paced environment
