Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys
  • Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
  • Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic outreach and support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Able to provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
  • Minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps required
