Key Responsibilities

- Provide payment options and facilitate payment processing for account balances
- Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding preferred
- Experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems effectively
