Required Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding preferred
  • Experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications is preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems effectively
