Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work remotely at a rate of $15 per hour plus a completion bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll individuals in a food box program or reauthorize their participation
• Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
• Contribute positively to members' health journeys through tailored nutrition programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Able to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
