Key Responsibilities
- Handle 60-65 inbound calls daily from patients and providers regarding healthcare service requests
- Assist customers with inquiries and service registrations using multiple applications and a dual monitor setup
- Meet individual performance targets in call handling, quality, attendance, and adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center; 1 year in healthcare with medical terminology
- Proficient in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
- Ability to type at a speed of 30 WPM and perform data entry while listening
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
