Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 60-65 inbound calls daily from patients and providers regarding healthcare service requests
  • Assist customers with inquiries and service registrations using multiple applications and a dual monitor setup
  • Meet individual performance targets in call handling, quality, attendance, and adherence to policies


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center; 1 year in healthcare with medical terminology
  • Proficient in navigating dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Ability to type at a speed of 30 WPM and perform data entry while listening
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
